6.5L Billet 4L80E Torque Converter

Quadstar's direct replacement torque converter for all 4L80E equipped automatic transmission 6.2L and  6.5L  diesels. They retain the stock low stall speed but utilize an improved fin design for a more efficient and firm torque multiplication and have the upgraded billet lockup piston for more holding power while doubling the effective service life for clutch lockup cycles.  Don't skip this often overlooked wear item during your build or refresh!

Offered standard with upgraded billet steel cover.  The billet cover completely eliminates the chance of ever having any housing flex or mounting pad failure.  Utilizes 4L80 style 6 pad mount design that is compatible with factory or billet 6.5L flexplates.
