Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  This includes core returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned items that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@quadstartuning.com.  Most returns are handled on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If you do not contact us and give us chance to resolve any issues before creating social media blasts then we have the right to refuse the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (Tunes, Turbos, Plenums, fabricated to order items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Tunes carry a 100% return guarantee for a 2 week period from when it is originally delivered to you.  You'll love the way it runs, we guarantee it! (comparison data must be provided on why we didn't beat an existing tune in order to validate this return).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All refunds may be subject to 3% domestic and 4% international payment processing fees. These fees are not charged buy Quadstar Tuning LLC but are charged by banks, PayPal, or credit card processing companies.
