6.5L Standalone Engine Harness

This is what the 6.5 world has been waiting for! for too long guys have been swapping to db2 pumps because its "easy"  now for the first time ever you can easily and simply swap a 6.2/6.5 with a ds4 into any vehicle! if you want a hotrod with a 6.5 go for it, muscle car no problem!

 if you can hook up two powers and a ground you can make this work and enjoy the drivability and power ds4 offers! 

You can enjoy obd1 multi tuner technology and versatility simply and easily!

Proper Applications for this Product

• Putting an EFI 6.5L engine into a vehicle that didn't originally have one
• Putting an EFI 6.5L into a HMMWV

Improper Applications for this Product

• OBD swapping a GMT400 truck
  • While there is nothing stopping you from using this on a vehicle that already had a 6.5L in it. It's important to note that NOTHING outside of the engine and glow plug control will be handled by this harness and we will NOT advise you on the 100 other steps required to integrate it like factory.
• Any application where the ECM can't be protected from the elements. These are not sealed units so they must be mounted in the interior, away from the elements

  • 1994+ 6.5L Glow Plug relay required separately
  • Throttle pedal required separately
    
• DS4 Engine and 4L80E transmission control
  • OBDI Style. PCM not included
    
  • 1994+ 6.5L Glow Plug relay required separately
  • VSSB required separately
  • Throttle pedal required separately
  • These are being discontinued as we'd recommend running a standalone transmission controller and simply tapping into the TPS signal for it to operate.  We've found customers are much more successful with this option

*Cruise control functionality is not integrated but we can give you the pinout to add switches for it, if desired.
