Billet Fuel Return Log

Our solution to replacing the factory metal return lines on 6.2 and 6.5L diesel engines.  This kit is designed to replace both metal lines on the engine; the one across the front and the one under the intake manifold.

 Includes:

• Billet aluminum fuel distribution block with threaded ports and hose fittings
• 1/4" hose to connect injection pump return
• 5/16" hose to connect to the factory return line at the rear of the engine, going to the fuel tank
• Clamps for the 1/4" and 5/16" hose
• Injector return hose to connect both banks of fuel injectors. This is push lock style hose that doesn't need clamps
• 2 end caps with spring clamps to cap one end of each injector bank

Upgrades Available!

• You can now choose an upgrade to clear fuel return hose
• This allows you to visually monitor fuel return flow and check for air in fuel issues
