3/1/2025 - Tax Return season is upon us!  This time of year is always busy so please bear with us.

• Wait times for tuning will be longer
• Wait time for fabricated items like high flow intake plenums will be longer
• Items from our PA warehouse generally ship on MONDAY and THURSDAY
• Items from other locations often ship within 24 hours of ordering
• Use the "Contact Us" page if you'd like us to set your expectations BEFORE ordering

SHIPPING

There is turmoil at the United States Postal Service (USPS).  The majority of customers choose a USPS service for shipping as it's the cheapest option.  Quadstar does not force you to choose these and you can change it at checkout.

We've been receiving many comments that USPS packages are delayed.  There is NO GUARANTEE on transit times. They are ESTIMATES on how fast it SHOULD get to you.  

We recommend upgrading to UPS when possible as we've had none of these issues with UPS.
