Fluidampr Harmonic Balancer

The best harmonic balancer for your 6.2L or 6.5L diesel! These perform across all RPM ranges, unlike a stock balancer that's only tuned for a narrow window of operation.  If your truck is totally stock, then a stock balancer is fine, but once the power output and RPM at which power is made changes, you should have a Fluidampr!  These engines may not be the most powerful on the road, but the high compression ratios create crankshaft harmonics that must be dealt with.

Replace it once and never worry about deteriorating stock rubber dampers again!  This is 100% maintenance-free when coupled with a billet crankshaft pulley!

We stock the model that is compatible with both 6.2 and 6.5L DB2 or DS4 engines.  The included spacer ring is used on older engines that do not have a crankshaft reluctor wheel on the lower timing gear.  All 1994 and new engines, Optimizers, P400, etc will simply exclude the spacer ring during install.

M16x1.5 thread balancer tool is required to install this item. Please follow all instructions and contact us if you have any questions before installations. It is important to clean and lube the crankshaft snout, per the instructions, before installation.
