ARP exhaust manifold hardware kits for 6.5L turbo diesel trucks
Fitment Notes:
- This listing is for 6.5L truck engines that use the USA passenger side turbo exhaust manifold. Years 1993-2002
- The kit covers both left and right side manifolds for this application AND the 6 exhaust crossover pipe bolts
- Glow plug heat shields need a simple trim to the overall tube length to be installed with these bolts vs the factory studs
- NOT for Van/H1 applications
- NOT for off-brand turbo side manifolds. Our bolt lengths are for OEM/GM manifolds. Please contact us before ordering if you are not using OEM manifolds so we can quote you a different kit.
2 Styles Available:
- ARP black oxide
- Lower cost but will show surface rust over time
- ARP high grade stainless steel
- "Galling" is not a concern with this material. Stock hardware rusts so bad that it seizes to the manifolds. That should be more concerning than using proper stainless hardware.
This kit is not available directly from ARP. They are manufactured exclusively for Quadstar.
