6.5L ARP Exhaust Manifold Bolt Kit
ARP exhaust manifold hardware kits for 6.5L turbo diesel trucks
Fitment Notes:
- This listing is for 6.5L truck engines that use the USA passenger side turbo exhaust manifold. Years 1993-2002
- The kit covers both left and right side manifolds for this application AND the 6 exhaust crossover pipe bolts
- Glow plug heat shields need a simple trim to the overall tube length to be installed with these bolts vs the factory studs
- NOT for Van/H1 applications
- There are extra bolts in the kit because there are multiple length variations for the turbo side manifold over the years.
2 Styles Available:
- ARP black oxide
- Lower cost but will show surface rust over time
- ARP high grade stainless steel
- "Galling" is not a concern with this material and when using anti seize lubricant. Stock hardware rusts so bad that it seizes to the manifolds. That should be more concerning than using proper stainless hardware.
This kit is not available directly from ARP. They are manufactured exclusively for Quadstar.
