Fluidampr Harmonic Balancer
The best harmonic balancer for your 6.2L or 6.5L diesel! These perform across all RPM ranges, unlike a stock balancer that's only tuned for a narrow window of operation. If your truck is totally stock, then a stock balancer is fine, but once the power output and RPM at which power is made changes, you should have a Fluidampr! These engines may not be the most powerful on the road, but the high compression ratios create crankshaft harmonics that must be dealt with.
Replace it once and never worry about deteriorating stock rubber dampers again! This is 100% maintenance-free when coupled with a billet crankshaft pulley!
Please select the correct variant for your application. DB2 (mechanical) pump engines require the 6.2L version with spacer ring because they don't have the wider crankshaft reluctor wheel like DS4 (electronic) pump engines. The 6.2L variant can also used with or without the included spacer ring if you want it to be flexible in the future. If you have a crankshaft position sensor and reluctor wheel then simply don't use the spacer if there is one with your damper.
M16x1.5 thread balancer tool is required to install this item. Please follow all instructions and contact us if you have any questions before installations. It is important to clean and lube the crankshaft snout, per the instructions, before installation.
